Miracle Drink – NO PAIN in 1 Week (Joints, Legs & Back)

Both muscle and joint pain can be debilitating.  Back, leg, and joint pain are some of the most common ailments in elderly individuals, but everyone is susceptible to the discomfort brought on by body aches.

Reaching for pain relievers is the most common thing people do when dealing with this pain.  As a matter of fact, 50 million people take acetaminophen (e.g. Tylenol) each week! Not each year. Not each month.  Each and every week!!!

Miracle Drink – NO PAIN in 1 Week (Joints, Legs & Back)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ cup of sugar substitute (real sugar causes inflammation and pain)
  • 1 large box of Gelatin (grass-fed, organic, etc. is preferred)

Tools needed:

  • A pan or mold

Instructions:

  • Filter the water (for optimal results, use cold and filtered water) and boil
  • Mix the water with the sugar substitute of choice and stir until dissolved
  • Pour the solution into a glass or mold
  • Mix ½ of the box of gelatin in the boiled water mixture and stir
  • Refrigerate until jelled

This mixture should be taken daily for approximately 30 days and on an empty stomach.  After a week, you should experience lessening of the pain.  Feel free to add juice, yogurt, or honey for added flavor.

Why is this mixture effective at relieving pain?

It is very simple! The human body is made of bones, collagen, tendons, and cartilage; the consumption of gelatin can effectively reduce the amount of inflammation in these areas of the body.  Also, gelatin contains properties which are beneficial for the immune system.  The inflammation-reduced properties of gelatin are great for preventing painful ailments like osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.

Note: It is crucial to prepare the gelatin product in the right way. Also, it is important to ensure any leftovers are sealed to prevent deterioration. When it starts to deteriorate, the properties that help alleviate pain are reduced.
