2. Baking Soda and Castor Oil
Baking soda and castor oil is a perfect combination to remove skin tags naturally. Combine them to form a paste and then apply to the skin tag. Repeat two to three times daily.

Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and dab the skin with it. Leave the ACV on for as long as you want, but note that it has a strong smell.
